"This letter is given as a recommendation for NSP Cleaning and Maintenance Services, who have undertaken the cleaning and gardening duties at the Leggetts Court apartment complex consisting of 96 units since January 2010.

I find that the employees are very trustworthy, performing their duties both expediently and according to our requirements. I have also noted they have performed services beyond just normal maintenance and have become more like a site caretaker.

Both Sach (Operational Manager) and Vips (Managing Director) take considerable interest in our site and attend regularly to review works undertaken. Any out of the ordinary tasks are taken care of any time day ornight; like in recent heavy rain when our gym was flooded and carpet drenched they were on-site on a Sunday with a carpet cleaning contractor attending to it.

This year has been a very testing time for any cleaning company as we have had major site renovations undertaken; building repaint, ventilation systems repaired, new intercoms systems installed, fire doors/frames replaced, etc, all creating additional cleaning workload. NSP have taken it in their stride and the complex has been kept looking well presented in the midst of major building works."
